Delaware Judge Questions Tesla About Vote on Elon Musk's Tesla Pay

A Delaware judge recently questioned lawyers for a company in regards to their decision to ask shareholders to vote on a $55 billion pay package for its CEO, after it had been rejected by the judge in January. The judge noted that there was no legal precedent for this decision, but the lawyer representing the CEO and directors argued that the overwhelming shareholder vote in favor of the compensation package showed that they were willing to award the CEO the package even after being provided with more information about how it was devised.
